Please come by and visit with me at the following fly tying demos.  Old friends, questions, and friends I haven't met yet are all welcome and encouraged.

• December 20,2008; Rocky Mountain Angler - Boulder, CO:  From 10-2 I'll be tying at Rocky Mountain Angler.  No subject for the demo has been set, but if you're interested in attending please let Robin, Andrew, Randy at RMA, or myself know if you have anything you're interested in seeing.  Hope to see you there!

For a more hands on approach, try one of the following scheduled fly tying classes or workshops.

• Longmont CO:  Sign up with the Laughing Grizzly Fly Shop for the 2008 Laughing Grizzly Fly Tying Club.  The club will meet one evening a month (the 4th Wednesday) at the Laughing Grizzly in Longmont from 7:00pm to about 9:00pm.  This is a hands on tying session and will be geared toward what interests the members most.  Subjects will be determined in the time period between meetings, based on member comments/requests and appropriate flies for the season.  One month it may be specific patterns for the season, another month patterns to cover a specific bug, or it may be centered on specific techniques, materials, or questions.  It's your club, you decide!  Members supply their own materials, recipies will be distributed in the weeks leading up to each meeting.  The cost is very low, but space in the shop is limited so contact Mike, Scott, or Dick at the Laughing Grizzly to get signed up today!
